Our client, a global B2B content and solutions company, is currently seeking a MARKETING AUTOMATION ADMINISTRATOR with expertise in Salesforce and Eloqua to join their team.

The MARKETING AUTOMATION ADMINISTRATOR:

- Has a minimum of 3+ years of marketing automation experience, preferably with 2+ years of technical Salesforce and/or other CRM administration, customization and development
- Is highly knowledgeable about marketing automation data and functionality
- Has successfully created and applied process improvement solutions to CRM programs
- Has strong communication skills and an "client-facing" demeanor; the natural ability to develop relationships with all levels of an organization
- Is analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability the understand data sets and technology
- Has marketing and sales enablement expertise

In this role, the MARKETING AUTOMATION ADMINISTRATOR will be responsible for:

- Analyzing user needs and developing solutions and configurations in Salesforce and Eloqua
- Overseeing business processes, analyzing areas of opportunity, tracking + reporting, defining requirements and configuring custom solutions in CRM platforms
- Design, develop and configure Eloqua and Salesforce systems
- Make process CRM process recommendations based on data sets and marketing automation trend analysis
- Partner with 3rd party developers to implement analytics and custom solutions
- Analyze internal user needs and provide "best practice" recommendations
