Our Client, a boutique-sized marketing agency, is in search of skilled Account Managers (Experiential or Partnerships), freelance with potential to move into a full time role.

Responsibilities of Account Manager (Experiential):
* Must be flexible and willing to travel within the US as needed*

- Manage day-to-day client relationships including statuses, conference calls, and all communications from project planning through execution
- Oversee the scheduling, planning, budgeting and execution of experiential programs, events, tours
- Develop & maintain project budgets; Identify efficiencies to maximize profitability
- Create call reports, training materials and program materials
- Oversee deadlines, estimates and approval procedures for assigned projects; work to improve the current workflow process
- Lead internal and external meetings about projects and project parameters
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
- Research and source new vendors and manage existing relationships
- Work closely with Account Director and Strategy and Creative teams on deliverables
- Communicate program objectives to field staff
- Monitor/evaluate program results and work with tour managers to identify outliers and make adjustments

Qualifications of Account Manager (Experiential):

- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years experience in experiential marketing, PR, and/or promotions
- * Must be flexible and willing to travel within the US as needed*
- Excellent presentation, analytical and budgeting skills (building and reconciling)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Ability to own a project from start to finish and work quickly and effectively
- Established relationships and experience working with vendors and negotiating agreements (preferred)
- Experience at a media agency and/or overseeing event teams (preferred)

Responsibilities of Account Manager (Partnerships):

- Manage day-to-day client relationships and project details including statuses, conference calls, communications, production and schedules from project planning through execution
- Establish, negotiate and manage entertainment partnerships (media planners, vendors, etc.) that will benefit clients
- Leads team and client meetings to discuss project parameters
- Work closely with Account Director and Strategy and Creative teams on deliverables
- Act as company representative in potential partner briefings/kickoffs and relay information to team

Qualifications of Account Manager (Partnerships):

- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years experience managing clients and working closely with or within a media agency on branded content
- Excellent presentation, analytical and budgeting skills (building and reconciling)
- Deep understanding of media space and sports and entertainment industries
- Experience working with vendors/partners and negotiating agreements
- Established relationships and industry contacts (studios, networks, production companies, talent agencies, labels, etc)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure with strong attention to detail
- Ability to own a project from start to finish and work quickly and effectively
- Experience working on experiential marketing, PR, and/or promotions programs a plus
