Our client, a global investment firm is looking for a full time
Lead UX Designer / Strategist with a strong focus on frontend client experience and systems design.

This role you will own the full Front End Digital client experience (UI/UX, wireframes, human factors, conversion funnels, client journey mapping, content bundling/cross promotion, etc.) across all digital channels -- website, email, social media and third party platforms. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the digital marketing team, IT, Legal/Compliance and internal stakeholders to ensure digital marketing initiatives are prioritized, managed and implemented based on client needs and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, propose and manage improvements to the web and emails (UI/UX) to drive conversion across all digital platforms: web pages and email templates.
- Identify, define and lead website/email re-design and enhancement projects.
- Assess and optimize the mobile customer journey to ensure best-in-class UX across channels and devices.
- Partner with Product Management on the digital promotion/execution of cross-sell and content bundling.
- Build process and infrastructure supporting the execution and improvement of e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Align with Communications on how to best position messaging for digital delivery and consumption.
- Lead fund launches from a digital perspective in terms of content requirements, web production and email communications.
- Work strategically as the ‘gatekeeper’ of digital marketing team projects/enhancements to improve quality and efficiency via the JIRA ticket system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably within the financial services industry or financial clients
- Hands-on, a team player, and has overseen research, planning, and design for digital, video, mobile products, facilitated user sessions, workshops, analyzed findings, and present results in a cohesive manner.
- You have produced design artifacts, competitive analysis, personas, wireframes, screen flows, information architecture, and UX for enterprise level B2C service.
- Substantial experience with front-end development (HTML & CSS) and can interface with tech teams to troubleshoot problems and suggest alternative design solutions.
- Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision and anything else need to get the job done.
- Proficiency with digital marketing technology platforms: CMS Content Management Systems Email Service Platform (Marketo a plus!); CRM Contact Relationship Management (Salesforce.com).
