Our client, a strategic communications agency, is seeking a SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER to join their team in a freelance to full time capacity, starting week week of 7/16 or 7/23. You should have your own LAPTOP.

The SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing their clients' social presence
- Managing an ambassador program
- Coming with new social media strategies (e.g, Social Cards; Conversation Alerts)
- Working with another 3rd party social platform to move Ambassadors over to get more followers
- Community Manager MUST be extremely responsive to all who contact him/her, either email, call or text.

The ideal SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER should have approx. 2+ years of previous experience in social media marketing, and the following requirements:

- Experience working with healthcare brands (and ideally, advocacy)
- Superb writing, editing and verbal communication skills
- Strong competence with social media tools
- Detail-oriented; able to simultaneously manage a number of client campaigns
- Team player; Grounded to do the work, and totally self-directed

This opportunity will begin as a freelance opportunity, but will turn into a full time role for the right person.
