Our finanical client is in need of a Senior Project Manager with enterprise project management experience and must have a PMP Certification for a REMOTE opportunity starting in July for 6 months with possible extension.

The Senior Project Manager will join the Digital Client Experience Platform/Digital Product team. The Senior Project Manager position requires being able to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders, driving the execution of a consolidated project plan, representing the health of the platform, manage resources and facilitating all reporting and documentation needs.

The Senior Project Manager will be leading the strategic execution of large and medium projects with stakeholders spanning the entire firm in addition to multiple external vendors. Change Management experience is preferred. Flexibility, adaptability, and internal drive are key – being able to flex into new capabilities as needs arise will be a helpful asset.

Senior Project Manager Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's and/or applicable graduate degree
- Strong strategic project management experience at the enterprise level, projects exceeding $10MM in budget.
- 5+ years of financial services industry or position-related experience
- Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Jira, and Clarity
- Understanding of client-centered design principles and development process
- Understanding of digital and agile (SAFe, scrum and Kanban) best practices and experience in Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Training and / or experience with change management, ProSci ADKAR model a plus

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large and complex scope projects simultaneously, with a high degree of risk, visibility and urgency within a functional area or at times spanning multiple areas, divisions or outside vendors. Scale of projects / programs ranges from $10MM to $100MM
- Partner with business leaders and teams to structure the questions to address, organize the work, manage resources, oversee and/or conduct analysis, synthesize findings, and develop recommendations.
- Partner with business leaders and teams to scope, define and coordinate initiatives in support of business innovation and strategy.
- Ensure project schedule, scope and quality objectives are met by monitoring, using metrics and controls to measure progress, taking preventative and corrective action and escalating issues and risks when necessary.
- Management of content artifacts (tear sheets, e-mail distribution lists, roadmaps, Gantt charts, other communication mechanisms to bring visibility and transparency into the work)
- Provide timely communication of relevant data to senior leadership for decision making.
- Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across multiple areas, divisions, outside vendors and project leaders/teams who are working on sub-projects within a project
