Our client is a well known branding and design agency who is seeking to add to the team a highly organized coordinator level candidate to join the team as Office Manager.

The Coordinator / Office Manager will:
- act as the face of the office, answering phones and greeting visitors
- ensure everything runs smoothly by keeping the office stocked with everything from snacks to supplies
- ensure the office is kept neat and tidy
- schedule meetings, handle catering and manage schedules
- manage shipping and pick-ups / drop-offs logistics
- research vendors for team initiatives and projects

You should have experience with Gmail/Google Drive, Creative Suite is a plus!
