Our client, an e-Commerce post-production studio, is looking for an Operations Manager to manage all of incoming needs.

The Operations Manager will be reporting directly to the President of the company. This role is responsible for the success or failure of the company's post-production service offerings on which the company is founded. Success at this position is measured by client retention, ability to efficiently communicate instructions between vendors and clients, workflow innovation and aligning operations with company strategies.

MUST HAVE:
-Management experience; overseeing + hiring
-Experience trafficking retouching between retailers and their offshore providers
-RETAIL BRAND EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining quality of work and customer service
- Job scheduling and timeline management
- Hiring, managing and training of support staff (Production Assistants)
- Managing client relationships and pricing
- Workflow innovation
- Monitoring efficiency metrics

Skills:
