Our client, a fast-growing travel / culture site, is looking to hire a full-time Partnership Marketing / Business Development Director to join their growing US team!

The Partnership Marketing / Business Development Director will:
-develop and maintain a network of relationships / partnerships across a broad range of partners (everything from technology platforms to cultural institutions, etc.)
-create a framework and strategy for pursuing and prioritizing partnership activity in the US in collaboration with the UK team, to have a coherent company wide approach
-structure / negotiate agreements for mutual benefit
-measure, maximize, and optimize partnership activity

The Partnership Marketing / Business Development Director has:
-7-10 years of experience, and a broad network of relationships / contacts in relevant sectors (consumer digital/tech/media, etc.)
-track record of developing and implementing impactful partnerships / deals
-experience leading cross-functional teams, and an understanding of digital video distribution
-ability to thrive as a self-starter, and communicate with the UK office
-and MBA is highly preferred, as are any multilingual skills
