Our global CPG client is seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in Agency Project Management.

The Agency Project Manager will manage the project scope for creating digital and traditional assets for our branding teams to use. Will need to be insightful, who can listen to a stakeholder's needs and determine the best asset to use, as well as someone who is a self-starter and shows initiative to ask questions/find solutions.

Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops, owns, and communicates holistic project timelines to internal & external teams on a regular basis. This includes:
- Creation & management of all project timelines
- Organize & setup of kickoffs, collaborations & presentations
- Lead both internal & brand status meetings
- Lead daily standup meetings
- Manage and recommend process optimizations using agile principles
- Act as cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success
- Proficient in managing high volume, quick turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Understand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential and content (this is a big one)
- Manages production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy has been approved
- Ability to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines… but considering how the pieces work together.
- Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, so as to participate and add to a conversation regarding the consumer journey/experience
- Takes ownership of project efficiency; Understands project processes and how to flex it.
- Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content. Including format, sizes, and overall ensuring the proper asset.

Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability of past contributions to client businesses in agency service environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Kanban is a huge plus, as well as Workfront, Mural, and Content Hub (although those are not required, just a bonus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, & time management skills
