Our client, a well-known boutique publishing company in the law field, is currently seeking a Publications Coordinator with a passion for law and publications to join their team, full time.

Publications Coordinator will:
- Work closely with and support the publication manager, assisting with all tracking and organizing of advertising deliverables for clients
- Be client facing, talking with clients on a weekly basis ensuring ads are running and all assets are in place
- Liaise between art department and external clients during ad production process
- Work closely with sales team to track insertion orders; maintain ad log
- Maintain production calendar and hit deadlines (trafficking ads)
- Field inquiries from external clients; keep detailed records of communication
- Assign and track production, delivery, and approval of advertising copy; schedule and coordinate photo shoots
- Track contracts and paperwork for freelancers and advertising clients
- Pull directory lists from database, work with high volume of content and ensure accuracy of data - must have extreme attention to detail, and be comfortable asking questions to ensure accuracy

Publications Coordinator Must:
- Have a college degree, and an interest in publications and ideally the legal field
- Ideally have 1+ years of experience, or internship experience
- Be fluent with excel and adobe acrobat, ideally have familiarity with base camp
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have extreme attention to detail, be resourceful and proactive
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to follow standardized workflow and procedures
- Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize many projects at once, manage deadlines effectively, and work under pressure of tight deadlines
- Have critical thinking skills, strong decision-making ability, and a keen eye for detail
- Have the ability to work independently. take initiative, and handle projects proactively
- Be comfortable working in a PC environment
