A large healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to work 40 hours/week for the next 6 + months.

Marketing Analytics Manager Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership in selecting, developing and implementing statistical market research models and integrating the data into ongoing market research initiatives
- Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Identifies and recommends appropriate computer based analytical software
- Identifies techniques that will enhance the capability of the Market Research team in gathering, projecting, and interpreting market research data
- Provides leadership in the area of problem solving and research design to the entire team
- Develops stochastic and other statistical models for integrating past and present data, and predicting future outcomes
- Presents recommendations to management based upon outcomes from the models

Marketing Analytics Manager Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in math, statistics, or other specialized research function requiring the design and use of statistical modeling techniques
- 7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
-Expert in SQL, Python, R, SAS, SPSS
-Expert in various data visualization platforms, Tableau, PowerBi, etc.
-Experience in working with internal and external partners to deliver data
-Engage with business stakeholders to align on solutions to empower data driven decision making
-Conduct advanced modeling and analytics with the goal of identifying, recommending and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize enrollment and profitability across all channels
-Source, design, and integrate data from various systems, developing user-friendly dashboards and tools for stakeholders and performing analyses to improve business decisions.
-Conduct thorough analyses to identify, prioritize, and recommend key business opportunities related to customer experience/engagement metrics, content, and operational efficiencies and profitability
-Must be adept at various scoring methodologies and data analysis
