Our client, a full-service boutique agency, is currently looking to hire an Account Supervisor to join their team, full time.

Joining a lean and nimble team, you will be primarily working on B2B accounts with clients in IT and Software, but must remain nimble and willing to jump in on a range of projects as needed.

Account Supervisor Will:
- Use strategic skills and work closely with the CEO on development of all client brand strategies
- Understand client’s business and act as strong partner to achieve business objectives
- Build strong relationships and ensure strategic and creative synergy to grow and drive the business forward
- Monitor and identify future marketing, cultural, consumer and advertising issues facing clients
- Be resourceful, take initiative and educate clients in new areas of advertising/media/digital
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the founders to pitch for new business
- Oversee the execution of TV, print and digital campaigns; in addition to the holistic integration of the campaigns
- Be a team leader, leading by example and helping to develop growth plans for AEs
- Manage the team ensuring quality, timeliness and effectiveness of work produced

Account Supervisor MUST:
- Ideally have 5+ years of agency experience in ADVERTISING, working on 360 campaigns and meeting client needs
- Have a proven track record of leading major accounts with exceptional client service skills
- Be proactive, resourceful and scrappy - taking tight budgets and turning around initiatives that exceed expectations
- Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
- Be a solution based thinker, with a strong eye for detail and ability to think outside of the box
- Have experience in communications planning, and ability to articulate examples of strategic recommendations they’ve provided, or sold in to clients
- Be willing and able to travel 1-3 times/year to California and Pennsylvania
