One of our FinTech clients is looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager with prior experience in lifecycle marketing or engagement campaigns, that will thrive in a fast paced environment, and be ready to help execute on their partner programs.

Important Notes:
- For now, the position is fully remote, but there is a possibility of it going on-site within Georgia, New York, California, or Arizona. *Discuss this piece further with Recruiter, to avoid confusion.
- This is a complex position, so make sure the resume you send us shows direct relevancy with specific details about engagement, not just marketing.

Engagement Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- You will be strategizing their omni-channel marketing touch-points within the customers journey.
- You will be developing campaigns that attract users to different actions and functionality within the app and within partner ecosystems where appropriate.
- You will coordinate with the creative, analytics, and product teams to test user interactions and incentives that maximize user engagement and conversions.
- You will view analytics and reports to determine outcomes, help forecast, etc.

Engagement Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required
- 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, customer communications, or customer engagement space
- Must have strong A/B testing experience and strong analytical skills
- Must have understanding and experience with customer segmentation
- Must be a strategic thinker who can drive adoption and growth goals, improve performance metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, and reactivation)
- Experience with email automation and marketing automation tools such as Braze, Segment, etc.
