Our client is a real estate group looking to bring on a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist/ Analyst to their team fulltime.

The ultimate goal of this position is to make sure that our client’s sites and overall online presence are being optimized and marketed efficiently using web analytics tools, as well as working with the team to manage the content online. The whole role is centered around lead generation and sales funnel conversion for the Sales team, and how the clients digital presence fuels that.

- Play an integral part of the team responsible for revamping the client site, including analyzing current site and competitor sites, identifying new development trends, and providing recommendations for the future site in tandem with the product manager
- Proactively flag areas of opportunity, as well as areas of optimization and performance; optimize through frequent analysis and review of data and provide reporting on traffic through Google Analytics and SEO Moz
-Expertise in email marketing using robust email marketing and CRM platforms.
- Liaise with internal colleagues on the Product, IT, and Design teams to maintain site efficiency while concurrently working on the revamp initiative; also external agency partners
- Conduct site analyses and analytics for desktop, mobile, video, and social media – recognizing opportunity areas and flagging areas for improvement on revamp
- Determine ROI and create processes and strategies to further agent and lead conversion; drive fuller funnels and better track deals closed
- Define KPIs and provide analytics and reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Chartbeat, ComScore, Hitwise
- Work with the creative manager to own and upload content through a CMS system (Wordpress, e.g.) for all web content
- Review paid media and email marketing initiatives tapping in your knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM, and social media

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following qualifications and experience:
- Deep experience in lead generation, sales funnel conversion, UI/UX, A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Experience with MYSQL and managing large-scale data
- Must have experience working with marketing departments from an analytics perspective, and is well versed in services such as Google Analytics Suite, SimilarWeb, various CRMs and others.
- Must have experience of optimizing advertising campaigns and user experiences from a data perspective.
- You are a Project Manager by nature and have the ability to keep initiatives moving along by making sure deadlines are being met.
