Our client, a well-known search engine for travelers is seeking a full-time Digital Media Associate to join their team!

In this role, the Digital Media Associate will be responsible for the daily management of direct response digital display media campaigns. This position will involve working closely with leading digital players in the space including but not limited to Google, Criteo and Facebook. Additional responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize campaigns to exceed growth targets, top and bottom line
- Collaborate across teams to structure and execute business initiatives
- Proactively communicate optimization recommendations and challenges encountered
- Maintain and build strong direct relationships with external partners

The ideal Digital Media Associate has proven experience across all facets of campaign management including trafficking, QA, reporting and optimization. Additional requirements:

- 2 + years experience within digital media and preferably within the programmatic space
- Experience with direct response display campaign optimization with a focus on driving revenue and growth
- Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast paced, dynamic, and lean environment
- Proficiency in Excel – pivot tables, charts, etc
Strong team player
- Working knowledge of Double-Click Campaign Manager (DCM) and/or other ad servers
- Understanding of audience/data monetization initiatives
