Our client, a well-known search engine for travelers is seeking a full-time Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager to join their team!

The Manager, Marketing Analytics & Operations will be responsible for driving and owning the analysis and optimization of online marketing efforts. This position will focus on paid search (SEM) campaigns and will have the opportunity to work with technology, product and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:
• Grow international rental car market share via SEM campaigns
• Create campaigns and ad copy across all relevant markets & languages
• Perform bid analysis and management
• Report on performance & progress to rental car, marketing & leadership teams
• Manage site development priorities from a marketing perspective
• Identify & develop new opportunities for growth
• Be a thinker and a doer (not just one or the other)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in math, economics, finance or related field
• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience preferred
• Quantitative / analytical experience – Connecting data insights to business application.
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and lean corporate environment
• Ability to thrive in a culture of hands-on, fast-paced business operations
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface with internal teams and external partners
• Have a passion for innovation and excellence


Bonus if you have the following:
• Travel industry experience
• Knowledge of Google & Bing Ads platforms
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, R, Google Analytics
• Master's degree
