Our client, an award-winning strategic branding agency is seeking a Director of Brand Communications to join their team for a full-time role!

As a Director of Brand Communication, you will:

- Work with the Director of Naming to develop verbal identities for clients, including strategic messaging, brand voice and brand stories and manifestos
- Work alongside the Experience team to create content strategies across client experiences, including websites, apps and physical environments
- Translate verbal identity and content strategy into clear, compelling written content across client communications
- Lead client presentations and direct internal client teams
- Lead aspects of new business proposals, including defining approach, pricing, and scopes of work
- Manage direct reports and oversee their talent and career development
- Serve as a brainstorming engine within the Brand Communication team and with other areas of practice within the agency
- Remain current on new approaches to verbal identity and content strategy, and share knowledge with the team and with agency
Contribute to the agencies thought leadership

You’re a great fit for this position if you have:

- 6+ years experience in branding, content strategy, marketing, advertising, communications or publishing (or in related, client-driven fields)
- Strong experience pitching and scoping-- you have a proven success record of winning business!
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills across channels, with an emphasis on digital
- Strong presentation skills
- Extensive experience with client engagements
- Proven ability to manage several projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously
