Our client is a well known non-profit organization and they are presently looking for a client facing Media Planner / Coordinator.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Director of Media and supporting initiatives across all national and local channels (TV, Radio, Digital, Print, OOH). The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting change and eager to help a cause that makes a difference!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with agencies, meeting with vendors, tracking media spend (Kantar reporting), compiling various reports, managing traffic process, etc.
- Sending and tracking PSAs -- where they are running,etc. But overall helping the team to really tell the story and help the overall push in to digital.
- Research data, assist with strategy execution, and asset with planned and placed buys while tracking results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience coming from a media agency.
- Eager, hands on and looking for a role where they can be client facing.
- Passion for the nonprofit space or interest in doing work that helps make a difference.
- Ability to create and work with Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint (Kantar a plus); a self-starter and resourceful.
