Our client is a major retailer seeking a Paid SEM Analyst.

The Paid SEM Analyst will:
- develop, create and execute all paid search campaigns including spend monitoring, keyword, ad copy, etc.
- help maintain and grow paid search campaigns, including setup, bid optimization and profit maximization
- analyze paid search campaigns to identify potential opportunities (provide recommendations for optimization through ad copy, keywords, targeting, bidding, landing pgs)
- monitor budget pacing and performance
- adjust bidding and keywords on campaign and account levels across platforms
- look for new keyword opportunities and product targets
- run A/B testing of ad copy and campaign settings
- pull and analyze data to inform campaign reporting

The Paid SEM Analyst should have:
- Ideally at least 2 years of Paid SEM experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Retail/eCommerce experience
- Experience using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, or similar
