Our client, a well-known high-end real estate company is seeking an EVENTS / PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER to join their team ONSITE in their LONG ISLAND office.

*You must have a car to drive to the office, there is a free parking lot*

Events and Partnerships Manager will:
- Work closely with leadership and marketing/ PR teams on all aspects of planning and management of events, special projects and initiatives (agent recognition, recruiting and retention, company educational, networking etc)
- Be responsible for all aspects of events from strategy, to planning, budgeting and contract negotiations through execution, on-site support, post-event follow-up etc
- Identify theme, messaging, and objectives for every event and create an event brief for all top tier engagements
- Continually evaluate and implement new ideas that allow Long Island’s events to be met with a high level of customer response, sales leads, contact generation and exposure
- Create and manage a Long Island event calendar show key deliverables and timelines for the company’s event participation
- Create project plan and timeline for all pre- and post-event tactics and activities
- Work with marketing team for creative needs and copy for event components, including signage, graphics, landing pages, pre- and post-promotions (i.e. invites) and promotional/collateral items that align with the event theme
- Cultivate and manage vendor/producer relations to ensure positive business relationships
- Work with agents and managers to strategize local and national partnerships that will help garner exposure for the team
- Determine prospect list, schedule meetings and develop relationships with local influencers and companies that will benefit offices on local level
- Collaborate with Corporate events team to identity existing partnerships and leverage those resources for Long Island

Events and Partnerships Manager MUST:
- Have 6+ years of event planning experience within a marketing, communications or sales team, ideally within real estate or corporate verticals
- Have high attention to detail and time management with ability to coordinate workflow in a deadline-driven and service-focused environment
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to maintain strong professional relationships with a range of professionals, c-suite executives, freelancers, and colleagues in person and by writing/phone
- Have a positive, can-do attitude being resourceful and proactive
- Must have experience with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in social media marketing and online event promotion is strongly desired
- Have the ability and willingness to lead discussions and presentations in group settings and internal company meetings, as well as socialize professionally at corporate events
