Our technology client has a HOT need for a UX/Product Designer with 5+ years of experience working within a SaaS platform!

This position is 40 hours/week, tempt to hire, and starting at the end of APRIL!

In this position, the UX/Product Designer must be able to collaborate with cross-platform teams including Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Engineering!

UX/Product Designer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-platform teams, including Product Managers, Stakeholders, and Engineering
- Provide UX deliverables – flows, information architecture, annotated wireframes, prototypes – from a mobile-first perspective
- Participate in the creation of customer-validated personas and journey maps
- Help define product requirements by providing UX best practices and customer insights
- Help evolve our best practices across brands and platform architecture industry

UX/Product Designer Requirements:
- Experienced with designing complex, large-scale products that are elegant, simple, and intuitive
- Passionate expert on the user experience process, methods, and best practices
- Able to create scalable and configurable human-centered experiences to compete within the industry
- Analytical innovator that knows how to provide compelling interactions with customers.
- Ffacilitate alignment with stakeholders across the organization and all levels of leadership
- Experience delivering and iterating within an Agile environment
- Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, design components using Sketch and InVision
- Ability to conduct and analyze customer research
- Experience with tools like FullStory, Qualtrics, UserLytics, Helio, CrazyEgg, UserTesting.com, and MIRO
- Ability to apply customer insights and provide human-centered design solutions
- Experience with user interface design patterns
