Our client, a pharmaceutical agency, needs a polished, client facing Event / Project Coordinator to join their team for a freelance to possible full-time need, starting in May 2018.

The ideal Event / Project Coordinator has exposure to pharma or healthcare and is organized and articulate.

They have offices in Monmouth County and Bergen County so there is flexibility with work location and also possibility for some work from home once ramped up (candidates local to Monmouth County are ideal).

Event / Project Coordinator Requirements / Responsibilities:
• Detail oriented to manage the many moving parts of the events (which are "programs" for doctors to attend and learn about new products, drugs, etc.)
• Ability to manage 10 to 12 programs simultaneously covering 3 to 4 weeks
• Manage event RSVP's, registration, and lists in Excel
• Daily communications back and forth with 20 or 30 sales reps regarding each of their dinner programs (These dinners are for healthcare professionals and there is a lot of documentation required, accurate registrations, etc.)
• Strong communication skills are required because the role involves a lot of email commutations and phone calls

The programs range from 10 - 40 attendees so the Event / Project Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and guest list of each event.
