Our St. Louis based client has a HOT need for a Marketing Manager with up to 5 years of experience with a B2C marketing background to join their growing marketing team!

The Marketing Manager needs to have hands experience driving profitable growth including digital marketing, campaign strategy, content marketing, and social media. In this position, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Experience with marketing automation technologies, strong strategic planning, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Implement strategic multi-channel campaigns targeted at growing revenue, customer engagement, retention and market share
- Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns
- Assist in driving marketing qualified leads to our sales development team using an effective lead scoring methodology
- Drive strategic website development to ensure consistent user experience and usability
- Content development to support campaign efforts

Marketing Manager Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or similar field
- Extensive experience in development of strategic campaigns to targeted segmentation through a fully integrated marketing approach (i.e. email, paid media channels, social media, thought leadership/content)
- Strong understanding and analysis of marketing metrics and measurement, with test/prove/scale mentality
- Proven track record executing a growth strategy and driving measurable results
- Understanding of CRM and/or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot etc.)
