Our financial client based in St. Louis has a HOT need for a Digital Marketing Specialist with up to 4 years of experience managing websites and other digital properties for a REMOTE, 6 month assignment offering 40 hours a week!

The Digital Marketing Specialist must have experience using Content Management Systems to create and update website content, track metrics, and report on performance through web analytics.

Digital Marketing Specialist Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related fields
- CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Email blast marketing and design experience
- Email Service Providers, and/or Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- SEO best practices and content marketing experience
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Google Analytics reporting

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute processes involved with creating and updating content on the careers website
- Partner with other marketing team members to execute tasks involved with other digital platforms
- Contribute to improving the intake processes for requesting new content or content revisions
- Partner with business area stakeholders to create new landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Ensure quality brand design standards, UX principles, and accessibility guidelines followed by other publishers making content changes to the careers website
- Revise and test HTML email templates for CRM (Avature)
- Deliver website performance analytics reports to multiple talent acquisition business areas
- Partner with agency to fulfill measures to improve SEO and SEM performance
