UX Designer - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our Financial client has a HOT need for a UX Designer with 5 years of enterprise design experience within the financial space for a REMOTE, 6 month contract (possible extension) starting mid-April!

In this role, the UX Designer will partner with the firm to lead the creation of innovative and creative solutions to visualize the client's portfolio of work given a variety of stakeholder needs and demands.

UX Designer Responsibilities Include:
- Unlock key user insights and translate them into user objectives using prototyping and testing
- Evangelize "design excellence" within the organization, sharing a deep appreciation for client and branch impact
- Effectively communicate and present strategic opportunities, aligned to firm strategy/goals/objectives, define business cases, and develop strategic roadmaps that clearly articulate the journey toward an ideal end-user experience and business outcomes
- Direct and produce tangible outputs at every step of the design process, including personas, journey maps, and blueprints
- Partner with subject matter experts across different business units to define user and business capabilities needed to deliver new/improved experiences.
- Develop user experiences and/or processes that have firm-wide benefits and impact.

UX Designer Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Design Thinking experience preferred
- Adobe/Sketch/InVision
- Must be able to learn and communicate the principles of design, iterative improvement, design thinking, qualitative analysis, and change management to a wide variety of audiences
- Must be able to manage large-scale efforts
- Tableau and/or SharePoint experience a plus
- Product management experience a plus
