Our client, a well-known bank, needs a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their in-house corporate marketing team full-time, onsite at their office in Bergen County to manage their digital marketing strategy, website maintenance and campaign execution.

The Digital Marketing Analyst requirements are a minimum of 3 years of experience, a bachelors degree, and social media management / analytics experience.

Digital Marketing Analyst candidates must have an understanding that this is a small team (4 person department) and everyone has to wear a lot of hats and pitch in. It's a tenured team with strong institutional knowledge but things move slowly so Analysts must be able to function without the luxuries of a larger department and that support.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will work on various projects, utilizing Excel, Photoshop, Google Analytics, CSS, HTML and copywriting skills. The CSS and HTML is needed for the layer they have over their website to make simple updates or edits (if the team sees that something isn't bold or a space is missed); there's no coding.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will assist in identifying potential growth opportunities as well as executing marketing campaigns through various communication channels including; social media, email, and online channels. Their email vendor is ClickRSVP; they can train someone on it but experience with any CMS will help.

Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:

• Executes strategy via content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid search management, performing quality control reviews, and proofing all links are functioning / QA

• Updates website as needed, including responding to change requests from other departments

• Develops segment criteria in support of marketing campaigns including direct mail, email, telemarketing, and other campaigns

• Prepares interpretive summary reports on survey findings and assists in the presentations and recommendations to senior management

• Integrates the use of marketing database with other departments and information systems within the bank

• Performs routine ad-hoc reporting to support other departments as needed

• Segments and targets customers for direct email campaigns and maintains integrity of the primary email address database

• Serves as backup to the Digital Marketing Manager in updating website information, including rates, graphics and emergency announcements

• Pulls email / marketing lists based on defined segmentation rules and provides to agency for email/SEM, paid social and retargeting

• Monitors marketing campaign performance and communicates key learnings

• Recommends and develops improvements to current and new emails to enhance the customer journey and improve conversion rates
