Our client is a well known name in Media who is seeking the bring on several Digital Planning experts at the Manager and Director level for a luxury/beauty client.

The Digital Media Planning Manager will:
- work closely with the Strategy lead to develop the overall media strategy of assigned media plans, with an understanding of how digital and digital plays a critical role in the clients’ marketing mix
-assist with the analysis and evaluation of media partner proposals and make recommendations that best meet the media objectives and strategies of a plan
- oversees the media plan development and negotiations in tandem with the investment team

The Digital Media Planning Manager should have 3+ year of experience in planning with digital work. Must have hands on knowledge and ability to use media tools such as Prisma, Doubleclick, MBOX, etc. **Beauty or luxury experience is preferred.

The Director Digital Media Planning will:
-translate the communications strategy into the actionable idea platform to create actionable change
- collaborate with the strategy team to manage the design of fully integrated communications plans across owned, earned and paid connections
- ensure communications plans move far beyond paid, and are unified by a clear idea and communications behavior/s
- participate in pitches and ensure media plan is on point with team goals

Director level requires 8+ years in integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline, as well as experience having managed others.**Beauty or luxury experience is preferred.
