Our digital agency client is seeking a Technical SEO and Off Page Manager with 4-5 years experience making websites optimized for search engines.
Looking for someone where this was their sole responsibility at an agency or in-house.
The Technical SEO and Off Page Manager will work on multi-industry client platforms to enhance their search engine ranking through best practices for both Technical and Off Page SEO. You'll start with an audit, then evaluate, then provide a strategy to drive targeted traffic to the client's site to generate leads.
Technical SEO and Off Page Manager Responsibilities:
- Technical SEO; Site speed, structured data, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, Hreflang and more
- Off Page SEO; Link building, branding building, content marketing, PR, local SEO like Google My Business and citations, social media, forums, influencer marketing, events, guest posting, podcasts, reviews, content syndication and more
Requirements:
- This has been your sole responsibility; you are a Technical SEO and Off Page SEO subject matter expert
- Understands how everything comes together; Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, call tracking software
- Thrives in a fast-paced, strategy-driven work place
- Has an eagerness and ability to learn, who wants to be the smartest person in the room
- Comfortable with client communication, this is a client facing role
- Someone that can jump in without needing a lot of ramp up
