Our client, a design and production agency, is looking for a full-time Account Director to join their team and work specifically on one of their top beauty clients.

The Account Director will:
-manage a single client or portfolio of accounts with a revenue of 3-10 million dollars
-drive the quality of service delivery across the organization
-implement strategies to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
-execute modifications to organizational design and teams to optimize operational activity and improve client experience
-maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping client services informed of all critical issues and facilitating open conversation between operations + client services
-investigate and resolve issues escalated by the client and liaise with Dir. of Operations
-manage selection, induction, and development of direct reports
-implement appropriate delivery model for all services / products

The Account Director has:
-8+ years of experience, ideally from a design/production agency
-demonstrated ability to develop strategic solutions that have resolved difficult situations / poor performance
-established success in growing volume, profitability, and client satisfaction
-excellent client service skills + a service-minded approach towards the client (sensitive, calm, and confident)
-at least 1 year of business development experience
-experience developing, implementing, and managing complex multi-service solutions for clients
