Our software-as-a-service client is growing its Creative and Marketing teams and needs a Marketing Automation Specialist to join its team in a fulltime capacity.

The Marketing Automation Specialist will report to the Head of Marketing and work to execute its digital-first marketing approach across web, email marketing, digital content, demand generation campaigns as well as write content for blogs and podcasts. This role supports the intersection of sales, marketing and technology. They are looking for an excellent writer and collaborator responsible developing and executing its email marketing nurture programs and drip campaigns.

Specific job responsibilities include:
- writing briefs, outlining deliverables, working with teams to execute desired targeting, testing and the reporting and analytics of campaigns
- Building workflows and conversion paths (call to action and follow-up) using progressive forms
- Making necessary edits to websites and landing pages through HubSpot COS
- Performing keyword research and develop quality keyword library using latest SEO tools
- Maintaining and optimizing landing pages according to the latest best practices for both on and off-page experiences
- Responsible for CRM data hygiene such as preparing data for import, cleaning and transforming information to align with internal systems
- Utilization of Salesforce to onboard, retain, build loyalty, and increase lifetime value by engaging customers with personalized, targeted and relevant marketing at every stage
- Analyze and interpret data and trends using Salesforce, IHL and other subscription services to produce new leads
- Creating reporting dashboards and developing custom reports to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and providing actionable recommendations to deliver continuous improvements
- Optimizing digital campaigns and processes through A/B testing, rapid iteration and experimentation
- Monitoring conversion rates and making appropriate, incremental adjustments to improve results and optimize engagement
- Working with campaign managers to review and measure content effectiveness using analytics insight against key performance metrics
- Recommending tools, tactics and data sources to automate and optimize demand generation and general marketing efforts
- Set up and testing of automations and segmentations in the marketing automation platform
- Monitoring conversion rates and making appropriate, incremental adjustments to improve results and optimize engagement
- Provide support for other areas such as form building, webinar delivery and landing page creation
- Work with content / program owners to review, revise and measure content effectiveness using analytics insight against agreed metrics

You should be an entrepreneur at heart and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and high pressure-environment.

Experience with software product marketing is a plus.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce
