Our CPG Retail client is looking for a Loyalty and Engagement Specialist who has helped launch a loyalty program, and was involved from strategy to launch, to join their team full-time this Spring.

The Loyalty and Engagement Specialist is a Brand New position reporting to the Sr. Digital Engagement Manager and working closely with in-house Advertising and Marketing and IT teams.

Loyalty and Engagement Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience for a direct-to- consumer loyalty program; building personas; personalized offer and coupon management; understands how to market and retarget to consumers based on data
- Proficient in CRM engagement, Microsoft Excel, BI tools, Data Visualization tools
- CPG, Retail or Restaurant loyalty program experience a plus

Responsibilities:
- Along with your team, you'll strategize, develop, test and launch campaigns for their Brand New Loyalty Program; you are the SME of the team
- Manage the digital offer and coupon platforms, evaluate the success, making recommendations to enhance the user engagement that will drive program performance; monitoring KPIs
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize content for all digital touch points; app, email, print, website, social media
- Develop testing protocols and analyze data to identify new ways to engage, retain, and build consumer loyalty
- Build and maintain program performance dashboards;providing recommendations based on data insights
- Monitor and analyze fraud reports to minimize exposure to program abuse
