Our client, an eCommerce fashion startup, is seeking a Marketing Manager with Subscription experience to join their team fulltime!

The Subscription / Loyalty Marketing Manager will:
-concept and execute customer initiatives including rewards programs, subscription box models, and VIP / loyalty programs
-collaborate across the team to execute and manage marketing operations
-handle timelines and implementation of programs to ensure deadlines are met
-examine customer data and develop user experience analytics / business metrics associated with the programs
-drive enrollments/engagements, plan and manage all offline events, and manage production of all marketing collateral across desktop and mobile

The Subscription / Loyalty Marketing Manager has:
-4+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in loyalty / subscription-based marketing
-demonstrated project leadership, from ideation to execution
-an understanding of the underlying economics of loyalty programs, and experience ideating / executing those programs
-experience working across branding, acquisition, and retention of a loyalty program
-exceptional data evaluation skills and data interpretation abilities
