Our global pet brand client is seeking a Creative Operations Manager with 5 years of experience working in an in-house agency or large creative team!

The Creative Operations Manager will be closely integrated with the Executive Creative Director and connect across multiple brand teams and cross-functional groups to ensure smooth processes and workload distribution. You will also be working closely with the Executive Creative Director on department-wide initiatives to support the integrity, quality and creativity of our work.

Creative Operations Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Co-develop and maintain processes for the effective delivery of creative assets
- Coordinate with project managers on the account service team to understand deadlines and ongoing shifts in workload, and produce workload dashboards for the agency’s management steering team
- Monitor the usage of contingent workforce, understanding budget and timing implications, and coordinate their deployment with the assigned project manager and admin
- Monitor processes surrounding asset management, internally and across the larger organization
- Have an ongoing collaboration and connection with IT support team to optimize the technology used in support of creative operations
- Champion the roll out, conduct training and support continued engagement with the technology across the agency’s creative, account service and strategic teams
- Understand data to see trends and make projections, in order to help the ECD and agency management team plan for future project needs
- Work successfully across different functions with a high degree of autonomy.
