Our client, a full full-service digital agency is actively seeking a Digital Account Manager with strong social media management to join their growing team, full time.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a passion for social media, digital marketing and entertainment and will be at a Account Manager who is ready to move into a Senior role!

Account / Social Media Manager:
- Will play a key role with clients assisting them in all facets of client service specifically focused on Social Media campaigns
- Align with existing and implement new social media strategies to align with client business goals
- Present ideas to clients and internal EVPs articulately and be able to defend decisions / push back when appropriate
- Challenge direction or the status quo and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective strategies
- Monitor client business daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to ensure strategy & metrics are successful, including: web and media unit analytics, search performance and social platform performance
Evaluate the input and ideas of creative, technology and strategic planning relative to strategy and client preferences
- Work cross-functionally with the various departments of the agency and client team members on all aspects of projects
- Manage and communicate schedules, timelines and deliverables for clients, ensuring all milestones are met
- Manage the creation and publishing of daily content
- Be responsible for budget revenue recognition and forecasting

- Must have 5-7 years experience from AGENCY
- Must have experience with multimillion dollar account clients, ideally in entertainment
- Must be highly articulate, and able to communicate with EVP and SVP pitching ideas and defending decisions
- Experience delivering digital marketing initiatives to clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate interest in the digital world and what it can offer consumers and clients
- Microsoft Office proficiency Familiar with Analytics applications and data analysis for campaign performance tracking and to build the foundation for the future strategy
- Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities, self-starter, high energy, assertive, take charge personality
- The passion and drive to stay current with social media trends and tools, including attending networking and educational events
