Our client is a popular beauty brand seeking a Marketing / CRM Manager to join their team Full Time.

The Marketing / CRM Manager's main responsibility will be to help grow their customer loyalty program that just recently launched and determine how it contributes to driving online sales. You will also need to develop the CRM strategy and customer data analytics to support it.

The Marketing / CRM Manager will be reporting into the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.

In order to apply to this role, you MUST have:
- Advanced skills in data analytics from CRM databases
- Highly advanced skills working with Excel
- Hands-on experience managing an online loyalty program: tactics in member acquisition, activation, and reward redemption
- Experience creating and managing email communications: knowledge of email best practices, digital content and promotions strategies

Nice to Haves:
- Experience using Business Objects
- Experience using Bronto email platform
- Experience in the beauty industry

- 5+ years' experience in CRM / Loyalty Marketing
- Beauty / lifestyle experience is preferred
- Experience working with a CRM platform and managing marketing budgets
- Proven experience driving customer acquisition & retention programs
