Our client, a leading creative management platform, is seeking a full-time, Digital Account Manager to join their growing customer success team.

As Digital Account Manager you will be the liaison between the company and their global brand clients, ensuring customer retention, driving customer success, product adoption, and full benefit realization of the creative platform.

- Develop and foster relationships with global brands
- Onboard & train clients on platform, and lead quarterly reviews of accounts.
- Understand clients needs, project scopes, and overall goals
- Collaborate with sales: Identify opportunities to expand relationship with client and their use of the platform
- Collaborate with product to identify product improvement opportunities based on client needs.
- Analyze data & monitor account health to consult with clients on best practices

- 2-3 years in client facing role
- Agency and/or digital ad campaign management exposure IS A MUST
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising space and various formats: rich media, display, video, mobile, etc.
- Proactive problem solver and communicator
- Working understanding of HTML5 and creative
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience in analytical role, making decisions based on numbers.

This is a highly client-facing, consultative, FULLTIME role that starts immediately for the right candidate.
