Our client, a trendy, boutique ad agency is seeing a Senior Account Manger to join their team in a full time capacity. They are open to direct hire OR temp to perm.

In this role, the Senior Account Manger will be in an integrated role, and will be working closely with the entire team to manage their major health and wellness client who is in the process of opening a MAJOR sports complex in Virginia. 60% of your time will be dedicated to this client, and 40% with their other clients, assisting with various pieces of business and all related communications – Digital, TV, Radio, OOH, mobile, etc.

- 4+ years of experience working in a fast paced agency setting.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and able to hand hold client through ever step of the process. Including, trafficking, working with the creative team to make sure projects are on time and ahead of schedule.
- Ability to look at production calendar and plan in advance for client response, edits, vendor production, etc., while understanding how your projects may interfere with other clients.
- Ability to update status documents, production schedules, timelines, budgets, etc.
- Ability to be the client's advocate as they are a lean team and need someone with a process and marketing mind to keep them in check!
- Team player and ready to jump in with little to now hand holding!
- Experience working on branding, TV, digital and social executions and campaigns.
- Experience managing day to day client relationships across luxury, tech, social, fortune 500 and more!
- Maintained weekly client status reports and have strong communication, presentation, organization and leadership abilities.
