Our client, a leader in News and Entertainment, is seeking a
Junior Production Coordinator with premiums or gifting as well as basic PowerPoint and Photoshop skills.

In this role, you will assist with sourcing products/custom merchandise for marketing promotional material (SWAG). IN addition, you will be liaising with vendors and creative designers to ensure projects are completed on time and on brand. Items are produced for: sales meetings, custom executive gifts, promotional mailers, and events.

To be considered for this role, you must be a self starter, require no hand-holding and can solve a problem on your own.

On a daily basis, you will be:
- Placing orders with vendors and working with creative team to ensure logos and assets are correct.
- Using Excel to track orders, budgets, etc.
- Using very light Photoshop to make minor image editing
- Modifying PDFs in Acrobat ( if you don’t know it, can be trained)
- Working in PowperPoint to simply laying out images within deck or crop out a backdrop.

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to get experience in the media and entertainment space.
