Our financial client is in need of a Marketing Research Specialist with 3+ years' experience in marketing and/or marketing research with an emphasis on usage of insights tools and processes for a 6 Month, 40 hours/week opportunity.
Marketing Research Specialist Main Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day to day usage of insight tools along with development and enforcement of best practice of using
- Developing research metrics to track and report, in conjunction with Insights Analysts in order to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of research efforts
- Building and maintaining client insights repositories and infrastructure to help efficiently facilitate knowledge sharing across internal stakeholders
- Responsible for developing analysis plans and initial insights identification/development
- Support team leader in creation, enforcement and improvement of processes to enable insights development
Marketing Research Specialist Skills + Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business or related study
- Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines
- Moderate knowledge of consumer insights and research (quantitative and qualitative) approaches
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, along with the ability to see the big picture
- Experience evaluating, utilizing and synthesizing primary and secondary research information sources
- Record of cross-functional project management, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with survey software and SPSS a plus
