Our client, a fashion startup, is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team. This is an innovative, eComm fashion brand, so your experience should come from a similar type of company.

You will:
-lead the BRAND vision, mission, and goals/strategies for every product launch or initiative
-develop / execute marketing programs that increase the client's brand identity and awareness
-develop proposals for annual and quarterly marketing strategies to achieve growth plans
-use competitive analysis to identify short and long term opportunities, sales trends and data, and industry studies
-execute paid media strategy to optimize conversions, and ensure all creative assets are custom-fit for each platform
-develop yearly plans / KPIs to leverage existing product strengths, new customer acquisition, and measure all campaign performance (ROI and KPIs)
-monitor product distribution and customer reactions, and anticipate bottlenecks

You will have::
-a minimum of 10 years experience in fashion/retail, e-commerce, B2C marketing, brand management
-a proven track record of successfully launching new products and executing marketing plans
-strong project management skills, communication / presentation skills, and creativity
-experience identifying target audiences and tailoring campaigns accordingly
-analytic skills, and data driven thinking
-highly motivated, and thrives in a start-up, high-energy environment
-fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
