Our St. Louis based client has a HOT need for a temp-to-hire (6 months) Digital Campaign Specialist with 5-7 years of corporate marketing experience and offering up 40 hours week!
The Digital Campaign Specialist must have HubSpot experience (certification is a bonus) and hands-on integrated marketing experience.
Digital Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:
- Draft and execute workflows within the HubSpot
- Serve as the liaison between the business unit and marketing department
- Identify and target customer and prospect populations for integrated marketing campaigns that meet lead generation and revenue targets
- Analyze marketing campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns
- Continually design and run well-structured market tests on pricing, offers, channels, messaging and communication flows
- Set high standards for development, execution and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Develop content aligned to audiences
- Oversee day-to-day marketing activities, including:
- Email marketing
- Direct mail
- Website experience
- Digital marketing analytics
- Database analytics
- HubSpot customer and prospect flows
Digital Campaign Specialist Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent working experience required
- Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email and affiliate channels, and direct print marketing
- Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
- Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools such as HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
