One of our agency clients in Nashville is looking for a Digital Media Director to lead it's rapidly growing digital team.


Notes:
- The Digital Media Director is a full time role working with both the head of the creative and marketing teams to own and deliver the creation and execution of digital campaigns for a variety of clients
- This is an on-site role in Nashville that includes a relocation package where needed as well as bonus potential


Digital Media Director Responsibilities:
- Lead overall digital effort
- Design lead campaigns across all digital media channels
- Manage and execute SEO strategy
- Own and execute paid search and social campaigns
- Analyze results and develop strategies to improve them
- Build and mentor a dynamic digital team from the ground up
- Create Ad Copy and recommend budgets off client industry, audience and objectives


Digital Media Director Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing/strategy
- Strong knowledge of both paid and organic search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Knowledge of standard CRM's (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.)
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity of HTML, CSS, WordPress
