Social Community Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our manufacturing company is looking for a Social Community Manager to support their team in a remote, freelance capacity Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays for 8 hours (24 hours a week).

The responsibilities for this Social Community Manager:
- Monitor and respond to client social pages via Sprinklr
- Three brands each with Facebook and Instagram feed into Sprinklr
- Use brand guidelines to develop "canned" answers to be used across company
- B2B and B2C community management, client has a consumer marketing strategy but relies on an intermediary to sell our products
- Manage multiple clients at one time

The ideal Social Community Manager has:
- Experience with B2B and B2C community management, ideally for the same brand
- Experience managing multiple clients at one time
- Own equipment
- Experience with Spinklr and Excel
- Has availability 8 hours M, W, F)
