One of our Nashville retail clients is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to work in their Integrated Marketing Production team for a temp to hire position starting in April offering 40 hours/week!

- The Digital Project Manager will help optimize customer digital experiences and will be the point person for organizing project priorities, lead website projects from kick-off, through concepting, design, copy, UX and hand-off to technology teams.
- Must live within the time zones of one of the following: Central, Eastern, or Mountain

Digital Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead project priorities for the Digital Experience team. Maintaining, managing and communicating project status, capacity and project order
• Ability to work across creative, UX and technology teams
• Build comprehensive project plans and facilitate processes
• Able to quickly assess new work requests, level of effort required and timeline to complete based on team capacity
• Use our workflow tool to manage projects, assets, and rights management processes
• Create JIRA tickets and document requirements for development based on creative assets
• Contribute to continuous improvement of client's website user experience

Digital Project Manager Requirements:
• Must have formal project management skills: JIRA (high volume), scope management, schedule development, budgeting, team and task management, process management, QA
• Experience with website project management and technical development
• Highly skilled in developing complex project plans with multiple interdependencies
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
• Skilled in working in workflow management tools
