Our financial client in the real estate space has an immediate need for Digital Marketing Strategist (Demand Generation) to assist their team!

This opportunity is fully remote for 40-hours per week for 6-months with the option to work onsite in their Newport Beach, CA office - following company COVID protocols.

The ideal Digital Marketing Strategist will be be a data-driven and a creative demand generation expert within ORGANIC marketing tactics working within marketing channels such as monthly blogs, webinar programs, email marketing, website traffic, media program, inbound messaging, and social media.

Digital Marketing Strategist Responsibilities:
- Direct demand generation strategy/program to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Understand the buyer journey and lead gen methodologies, ensuring all appropriate initiatives and campaigns are approached with this in mind; proactively lend suggestions and support for the team in this area
- Oversee execution of lead generation plan and tactics while partnering with marketing team contributors
- Audit, deploy, and evaluate existing program’s infrastructure and direction to make recommendations and further optimize
- Develop new lead generation tactics to improve conversion and top-of-funnel leads and directly execute on new concepts/ideas to elevate plan and move the demand generation program forward
- Serve as the liaison between marketing and sales, taking a holistic approach to creating and executing on marketing campaigns while also being thoughtful in the handoff to sales and equipping the team with impactful action items that will move the needle
- Lead weekly calls with the New Business team to ensure lead generation program is coordinated and provide updates
- Lead weekly calls with sales leaders, covering optimization opportunity areas, collaborating on initiatives and coordinated execution plans, and leveraging their expertise to make strong decisions
- Support the Business Development team to ensure they have the tools and context to execute on marketing leads
- Monitor and drive pipeline KPIs, marketing lead dashboards and reports to continually assess lead quality with a focus on ROI
- Oversee marketing automation optimization and database strategy improvements
- Determine prospect strategy and lead generation tactics for product enhancement roadmap
- Partner with content manager to map/plan content that support the buyer’s journey for key target groups
- Oversee marketing automation optimization and database strategy improvements
- Maintain a watchful eye on lead flow and related technical workflows, challenging processes to improve throughput and overseeing or executing on necessary enhancements or updates

Digital Marketing Strategist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Sales or a related discipline
- 5-7+ years of proven marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of demand generation tactics
- Demonstrated experience providing strategic insight for and tactical execution of campaigns across key inbound marketing channels including webinars, emails, content, etc.
- Technical knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms including experience with integrations across platforms
- Experience with PowerBI and Google Analytics is a huge plus
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or financial markets a plus
