Leading Digital Innovation Agency is seeking a UX Designer!

This is a fully remote ongoing freelance opportunity. Candidates should be able to work PST or MST hours.

Working closely with the Executive Director, you will join the web design production studio for a global technology company.

Required:
•Excellent strategic and user experience capabilities to improve the user experience on large complex web sites
•Demonstrated skill in crafting page flow diagrams, wireframes, and low-fidelity mockups to define the UX vision for the website experience
•A champion for the user experience
•Demonstrable track record of using data and research to guide UX concepts
•Well versed in working with UI standards, brand guidelines, and large design systems
•Expertise in leading design thinking UX workshops
•Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
•Expertise prioritizing accessibility and inclusion in the user experience
•Hands on experience with Figma
•Organized and efficient with a focus on quality
•Proactive in identifying areas of improvement in the user experience
•Able to communicate and defend their user experience rationale and recommendations
