Our finance client is seeking a Marketing Research Specialist with 3+ years of marketing or user research experience for a 12 month contract, 40 hours week, starting in Mid-October.

The Marketing Research Specialist is partnering with research analysts, design thinking leads, and other stakeholders to enable user research and actionable insights that will inform and aid decision making in design thinking engagements within the organization.

Marketing Research Specialist Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track research metrics in order to identify and drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of design thinking research efforts.
-Develop best practices and efficient user research processes to enable greater co-creation with key users.
- Develop and execute the process for identifying and recruiting of users who will provide ongoing feedback and validation to include tracking their participation and experience with various design thinking engagements.
- Collaborate with other research enablement functions at the firm to understand and align processes and assist research analysts in incorporating client input and feedback into design thinking engagements.

Marketing Research Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business or related study.
- Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines, including moderate knowledge of consumer insights and user research (quantitative and qualitative) approaches.
- Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing; preference for experience with stakeholder presentations
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, along with the ability to see the big picture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with survey software such as Qualtrics and SPSS a plus.
