A leading retailer is looking for a Web Design Manager to join its team. This is an ONSITE, FULL TIME role.

The ideal Web Design Manager has experience managing multiple web and design projects and experience in the retail / ecommerce industry.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Art, Marketing, Business or relevant field
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Portfolio of work
+ Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite
+ Working Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
+ Experience with web platform and content management tools (e.g. Websphere CMS, ContentStack) is a plus
+ Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Understanding of web traffic data

The Web Design Manager will be in charge of leading all updates and changes to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop strategy and multi-year plan for site design team
+ Document design processes and deliverables
+ Oversee all website updates
+ Work with multiple teams to ensure deliverable are met
+ Lead both internal team and external design resources from idea phase to commercialization
+ Report website traffic and performance metrics
+ Establish and manage QA standards
+ Build project plans and proposals and present to management
