Agency is seeking a Research Operations Manager!

This is a fully remote full time opportunity.

Working closely with the Experience team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the research operations practice for ongoing research campaign. You'll help to develop and optimize process, procedures, policies and supporting documents that enable qualitative and quantitative research and testing.

-manage, develop and optimize processes to support project intake, research study coordination and recruiting
-manage screening, scheduling, transcriptions, timelines and milestones of vendor relationships
-manage research, testing and design tools and training
-create templates and documents for timelines and workflows
-build a culture of responsible research, standards and best projects to ensure projects adhere to legal and ethical responsibilities (i.e. HIPAA, CITI, consents)

-8+ years experience in project management and/or research operations
-Specific experience related to design research and user experience
-Deep knowledge of both research and operations methodologies
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience leading and scaling processes from ground up
-Familiarity with best practices for ethical user research

This position will require 5-10% travel to Washington DC once restrictions are lifted.
