Agency is seeking a Content Strategist / UX Writer!

This is a fully remote full time opportunity but candidates ideally will be local to Los Angeles.

Working closely with the Senior Director, the Content Strategist / UX Writer will be responsible for setting the vision for digital content to support a healthcare research program.

Responsibilities:
-understand audience needs for content
-create interface content both directional and informative
-assist in defining content strategies and governance plans across the digital ecosystem
-create new content experience + information architecture
-ensure a consistent content strategy, voice and tone

Requirements:
-5+ years in a Content Strategy (or related) role
-Experience writing for health, medial or science preferred
-Experience creating content guidelines & editorial strategy
-Experience with SaaS platforms / enterprise content
-Ability to write UX content and simply complex information for the end user
-Experience with IRB / HIPAA preferred!
-Experience working within Drupal system preferred!
